WHAT I’M UP TO...

Me and AT&T's CEO, John Stankey.

This summer (2025) I interned with AT&T once more as a Technical Business Manager! I was specifically doing data analyst work. Here are some of my highlights!

  • Developed key performance reports, including the Bug Bounty, Sensitive Data, and RAD Remediation Reports, transforming complex metrics into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Built Power BI dashboards leveraging large-scale datasets, advanced DAX, and PG Admin/SQL, saving team members 5–10 hours per month in reporting efforts.
  • Led week-long training sessions for new TDP full-time hires on Power BI, SQL, and DAX, while ensuring smooth handoff of ongoing projects.
  • Showcased new reporting capabilities in multiple demos to business partners, earning recognition for clarity, impact, and solution-oriented mindset.

Summer 2024, I interned with AT&T (on the left you can see me with the CEO, John Stankey!) I will be a returning intern this summer (June 2025), but here are some highlights from last summer!

  • Led a team in AT&T’s Data Protection Unit, utilizing Kanban boards for proper project management.
  • Effectively led meetings and held calls with various teams and executives across the US and offshore in India to handle sensitive discussions around data protection protocols and scans for AT&T’s application landscape.
  • Developed a comprehensive guide to train future employees and interns for the Project Manager role for this team, which has become an integral part of the team's long-term training process. This guide is now a key resource used to ensure consistent onboarding for years to come.
  • Presented my work to my fellow interns, my team, Rich Baich (CISO of AT&T), Ed Hayes (VP of Cybersecurity Risk Management), Rob Hadley (Director of Cybersecurity), and other executives.
  • Led an intern team as Project Manager to develop the AT&T Magic Dashboard, a platform for AT&T business customers that provides installation guides, usage-based suggestions, and information on plans and upgrades.

Long story short, I felt like a boss for a summer!
